Golden Hour Collective – Virtual Assistance & Photography

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

By booking services with Golden Hour Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all photography, creative, social media, administrative, and virtual assistant services provided by Golden Hour Collective.
1. Services Provided
Golden Hour Collective provides professional virtual assistance, photography, creative branding, social media support, content creation, administrative services, and related professional services as agreed upon between the client and Golden Hour Collective.
All services will be outlined through written communication, invoices, service agreements, or booking confirmations prior to the commencement of work.
2. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings, retainers, photography sessions, or project work.
Full payment is due according to the agreed invoice terms unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may result in:

  • Delayed delivery of services

  • Suspension of ongoing work

  • Additional late fees where applicable

No final deliverables, edited images, or completed project files will be released until payment has been received in full.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Photography sessions, consultations, and booked services require reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking at the discretion of Golden Hour Collective.
In the event of emergencies, illness, unsafe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, Golden Hour Collective reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary.
4. Photography Services
Golden Hour Collective retains creative control and editing discretion over all photography work.
Clients understand that:

  • Editing styles are consistent with the portfolio and artistic vision of Golden Hour Collective

  • RAW/unedited images are not provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

  • Final galleries are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
5. Image Usage & Copyright
Golden Hour Collective retains copyright ownership of all images and creative content produced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are granted personal or agreed commercial usage rights for delivered content.
Images may not be altered, filtered, heavily edited, or resold without written permission.
Golden Hour Collective reserves the right to use photographs and creative work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing prior to the session.
6. Virtual Assistant & Administrative Services
Clients agree to provide necessary access, information, communication, and materials required for services to be completed efficiently.
Golden Hour Collective maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive client information and business operations.
Clients remain fully responsible for:

  • Final business decisions

  • Legal compliance

  • Financial obligations

  • Content approvals

  • Account security and passwords

Golden Hour Collective is not liable for business losses, platform outages, third-party service interruptions, or client misuse of materials.
7. Social Media & Marketing Services
While every effort is made to support business growth and online engagement, Golden Hour Collective cannot guarantee:

  • Specific sales outcomes

  • Follower growth

  • Engagement rates

  • Platform algorithm performance

Marketing results may vary depending on industry, consistency, audience, and external platform factors.
8. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated for projects and photography galleries.
Delays caused by incomplete client communication, missing materials, or revisions may impact timelines.
Rush projects may be subject to additional fees.
9. Client Conduct
Golden Hour Collective reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases involving:

  • Harassment

  • Discrimination

  • Threatening behavior

  • Unsafe environments

  • Repeated non-payment

  • Unreasonable demands or misconduct

Professional respect and communication are expected from all parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Golden Hour Collective shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control

  • Force majeure events including weather, emergencies, or equipment failure

In all circumstances, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying an invoice, signing an agreement, or continuing services with Golden Hour Collective, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
