  • Assisting with tender submissions and contract documentation

  • Coordinating logistics for field teams, equipment, and accommodations

  • Supporting health and safety documentation and training records

  • Creating spreadsheets, presentations, and project summaries

  • Assisting with report formatting, proofreading, and document editing

  • Managing confidential client and project information

  • Coordinating conference registrations, networking events, and industry meetings

  • Monitoring project milestones and following up on action items

  • Assisting with mapping, data entry, and administrative support tasks

  • Supporting communication between multidisciplinary teams and consultants
